Berkshire pigs take about eight to ten months to reach an ideal weight of approximately 55kg.
We believe that is the optimum time to give the flavour of the meat a level of maturity without becoming gamey.
We make sausages using a little organic rusk and hand-picked wild Exmoor herbs.
If you require gluten free sausages, just let us know and will make them to your specifications.
Bacon is dry cured using sea salt, brown and demerara sugars. We do not use saltpeter (potassium nitrate).

We offer our own woodland born and reared stunning free range whole and half pure bred Berkshire pigs costing £5.25 per Kg based on the carcass weight of the pig as weighed by the abattoir.
Mixed meat boxes are sometimes available, have a little of everything you fancy!

Local delivery is possible and for those further afield we can send orders in insulated boxes by overnight courier at a cost of £29.95 on all orders up 20 Kgs or £39.50 for orders 20 - 30 Kgs.
Orders are guaranteed to be delivered the following day.
